Refund policy

You are fully entitled to return an unused product and get a refund from us, within reasonable time that is 14 days. We don't sell guitars on a trial basis. All guitars are as described and as photographed which forms the part of description. Unless it's described as mint, there will be varying degrees of cosmetic imperfections, signs of use usually in line with the guitars age. We personally inspect, service and set-up every guitar fully before shipping. Please read our detailed feedback on Reverb and Ebay that was left by paid genuine customers. Guitars bought / collected in person are subject to a 20% Restocking fee in case of a return.
